Recipe: Fresh Protein Caffeine Start
Do you want to wake up with a quick shake or are you on your way to the gym and need a good caffeine boost? This recipe is simple and quick to make in the blender and take with you on the go in your shaker. But you can also drink it while reading your morning paper. In addition to a good dose of caffeine, it also contains a generous serving of protein.

Ingredients:
- 20g Best Way Whey Protein Isolate
- 20g Best Way Skimmed Milk Powder
- A double, cooled, Espresso
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 200ml cold water
- 2 drops of vanilla extract
- Dash of caramel syrup
Tip: 20 grams is 2 full tablespoons.
Method
Mix all ingredients in the blender for about 15-20 seconds. If you blend longer, you will get more volume.
Pour in tall glass or in a protein bottle / shaker for on the go.
