Recipe: High Protein Pancakes

Hmmm pancakes!

Delicious! And this recipe even contains more than 11 grams of protein per pancake and only 121 kcal!

Ingredients for 2 pancakes:

  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 20g flour
  • 1 medium egg
  • 15g Best Way Whey Protein Concentrate
  • A little butter or oil

Method

  1. Mix the flour with half the milk in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg, the rest of the milk and finally the Whey Protein Concentrate and mix until a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a frying pan and make sure it is hot before you start baking the pancakes. If necessary, add a little butter or oil.
  4. Put some batter in the centre of the pan and move your pan back and forth so that the batter spreads over the entire pan.
  5. Bake the pancake until nice and brown.
  6. Try adding fresh fruit as a topping!
