Recipe: Chocolate Milk Mix
Do you know that feeling too? After a breath of fresh air on the beach or a walk in the beautiful autumn forest, you return home and feel like a delicious cup of hot chocolate with a spicey biscuit…… but, unfortunately, there is no chocolate in the house. We have the recipe so you will never miss out.
This homemade mix can be kept in a well-sealed container for at least a year.

» Chocolate mix preparation time: 10 minutes
» Drink preparation time: 30 seconds
Ingredients:
- 400g Best Way Ingredients Fullcream Milk Powder Instant
- 200g cocoa powder
- 300g icing sugar
Method
- Weigh all the ingredients, mix them together and put them in a storage container.
- Measure 2 heaped tablespoons into a mug and pour boiling water on top.
- Add a nice spoonful of fresh whipped cream for extra flavour.
You can add a little more or less sugar or partly replace the cocoa with instant coffee, and use Best Way Ingredients Skimmed Milk Powder Instant instead of Best Way Ingredients Fullcream Milk Powder Instant.
