Ingredients
- 100 gram BEST WAY Whey Protein Concentrate / Isolate
- 100g almond flour
- 50g raisins
- 50g cranberries
- 125g unsalted nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews, macadamia)
- 90ml liquid coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla aroma
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Line a cake tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. (fan oven)
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender or use a food processor
- Spread the mixture over the bottom of the cake tin and press well with a spoon
- Cook for about 30 minutes
- Remove the cake tin from the oven and let it cool down
- Cut into bars
